1. Automatic Links

The Automatic Links feature dynamically converts specified keywords in your content into internal links, improving SEO and user navigation.

• Enable/Disable: Toggle automatic linking for your site.
• Repeat Keywords: Choose whether only the first occurrence or all instances of a keyword are converted.
• Max Links per Post: Set a limit on how many automatic links are added per post.
• Per-Post Control: Enable or disable automatic links for specific pages using a checkbox in the post editor.

💡 Pro Tip: Keep automatic links limited per post to avoid over-optimization, which can negatively impact SEO.

2. Weekly Email Reports

Receive scheduled reports summarizing your site’s SEO performance.

• Email Recipients: Specify who receives the report.
• Next Scheduled Report: View the next scheduled report date.
• Send Email Now: Instantly send the latest SEO report from the settings page.

✅ Reminder: Always save changes to email recipients before manually sending a report.

3. 404 Error Monitoring

Enable this feature to track and manage broken links on your website.

• Helps improve user experience by reducing dead links.
• Prevents SEO issues caused by excessive 404 errors.
• Provides insights into pages that need fixing or redirection.

How to Enable & Use:

• Toggle 404 Monitoring on/off from the plugin settings.
• View a list of detected 404 errors and affected URLs.

📌 Tip: Regularly reviewing and fixing 404 errors helps maintain SEO health and keeps your site running smoothly.

4. Plugin Tools & Database Management

These tools help manage plugin functionality, data storage, and performance.

Available Options:

• Database Update: Perform updates to the database. This should run automatically when updating the plugin.
• Reset Log: Clear all log entries from the Debug Log.
• Send Email Now: Instantly send your weekly SEO report.
• Manual Update: Reimport data from Google Search Console (GSC) for the latest keyword insights.

Reset & Data Clearing Options:

• Reset Keywords & History: Clears all keyword logs, 404 records, cache, and analysis results.
• Clear Database & Reset: Deletes all plugin data, including GSC authentication details, while keeping manually created keyword links intact.
• Database Stats: View record counts and storage usage to monitor plugin performance.

⚠️ Caution: Some reset options are irreversible. Be sure before clearing data!

5. Google Search Console (GSC) Integration

Easily manage your GSC-connected site and authentication settings.

• View Connected GSC Site: See your active site and associated email.
• Reauthenticate: Change your Google account or select a different site.
• Reset Warning: Changing GSC details will delete all keyword data and history.
