1. Eligibility

SEO Booster Pro requires a self-hosted WordPress website and a validated domain in Google Search Console to retrieve data. These are technical requirements that must be met for the plugin to function properly.

2. License and Use

  • Licenses are for individual use, with bulk discounts available for users managing multiple websites simultaneously.
  • Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold.
  • The WordPress plugin code is GPL licensed, but the server-side API code is proprietary and cannot be modified or redistributed.
  • Users are prohibited from tampering with the API or abusing the plugin in any way.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • All licenses are annual and automatically renew using the payment method provided at purchase (credit card or PayPal).

  • API outages or interruptions caused by third-party services.
  • Incompatibilities with WordPress websites or servers outside of a reasonable time frame for addressing compatibility issues.

Your use of SEO Booster Pro is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect your data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, where SEO Booster Pro is based.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we recommend contacting us directly at support@seoboosterpro.com to resolve the issue amicably. If further action is required, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Florida.
